Welcome to Delphi 10 Lite, a mod of Delphi 2006 that doesn't require .NET.

1. WHAT IS DELPHI 10 LITE.
Delphi 10 Lite is a standard installation of Delphi 2006 Architect in which:
- All the setup options have been unchecked EXCEPT "Source code".
- Refactoring and ErrorInsite have been disabled because they require the
.NET Framework.
- The Welcome Page has been removed.
- The help system has been substituted by the Delphi 7 help, which is far
better and besides it doesn't require the .NET Framework SDK.
- Update 1 has been installed (version of the IDE is 10.0.2166.28377)
2. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS.
The system requirements of Delphi 10 Lite are similar to those of Delphi 7.
3. WHAT DESIGN TIME PACKAGES ARE INCLUDED IN DELPHI 10 LITE.
Delphi 10 Lite includes the following design time packages:
- Borland ActionBar Components
- Borland Control Panel Applet Package
- Borland Database Components
- Borland Editor Emacs Enhancements
- Borland Editor Script Enhancements
- Borland Markup Language Wizards
- Borland Standard Components
- Delphi 1.0 Compatibility Components
4. WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE HELP.
The help system has been substituted by the Delphi 7 help, which is far
better and besides it doesn't require the .NET Framework SDK.
Only the reference materials have been included. These are:
- Delphi Object and Component Reference
- Delphi Language Guide
- Delphi Compiler Messages and Warnings
- Delphi Compiler Options and Directives
- Microsoft Win32 Programmer's Reference
- Glossary
If you need a programmer's guide, there are some excellent books out there,
such as the Delphi 6 Developer's Guide, by Xavier Pacheco and Steve Teixeira.
NOTE: There is no context-sensitive help, sorry. However, you can access the
help from the Delphi main menu or clicking on the Help icon in the toolbar.

어찌어찌 구해서 설치해보니, 닷넷 없이 깔린다는 장점이 있기는 하지만 C++빌더나 C#빌더, 델파이닷넷 없이 델파이Win32만 설치되고, 또 아주 기본적인 컴포넌트들 외엔 컴포넌트가 거의 없습니다. 스탠더드, 다이얼로그, 어디셔널, Win32, Win3.1, 시스템, 데이터액세스, 데이터컨트롤의 여덟개 탭만 있군요.
또 한가지, BDS2006 정품을 깔린 상태에 깔면 다른 디렉토리에 설치한다고 해도 BDS2006의 레지스트리 세팅과 정품 등록 키가 날아갑니다. 따라서 호기심에 설치해보시려는 분이 혹 있으시면 많이 조심하셔야 합니다.
